Yesterday, we got to have Luke's birthday party...FINALLY! When he was sick and in the hospital, he had gotten out 2 days before his birthday (4 days before his party), but we decided to cancel and reschedule it so that he would be feeling all better. Well, of course he's cutting 4 teeth...so he's not feeling 100% himself. He's been a little crabby and has had a runny nose, but he was an angel for his party. That "Lukie sparkle" just wasn't quite in his eyes, but he did have a great time none the less! He didn't hesitate to 'dig' right into his cake...he LOVES cake! The food was great and we had a really nice time with our wonderful families and awesome friends (as usual)! Luke got TONS of toys, he played with them a little when he got home, but after we were home for about 30 mins he crashed.
