WOW! It seems like I just wrote the "11 months" post. Well, today is Luke's BIG DAY! He is now officially 1 year old! I remember the day like it was yesterday. Steve and I went into the hospital early that morning. I had an amnio done to show that his lungs were developed. They started the pitocin at around 10:00, the Dr. broke my water at 11:40am...a few contractions, and 3 pushes later...arrived Mr. Lucas Andrew Craig at 12:14pm. Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008. He was 7 lbs. 12 oz. and 20 inches long. The delivery went very smoothly, and obviously very quickly. Today Luke is 22 lbs and 32 inches. He has curly hair (some say light brown, some say dark blonde?). He also has huge blue eyes. He is one of the most smiley babies I've ever encountered. He is starting to be a bit clingy to Steve and I, but really, not too shy. He's not walking quite yet, but I'm sure he will be soon...he walks along walls, furniture, etc. He's just as cute as can be and Steve and I are more than thrilled to be his parents!!!
HAPPPY BIRTHDAY to our wonderful baby boy...we love you Luke, and we are so proud of you!
